Travel Support Agent

• Ensure the seamless movement of our staff, including visiting faculty and experts, across global business locations. • Provide comprehensive immigration support and advice. • Facilitate the application process for work permits and visas. • Monitor the expiry of visas and immigration category changes. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for all immigration documents, permits, letters, etc. • Provide relocation support for Members of Staff relocating to Rwanda and Mauritius. • Ensure flights, accommodation, transportation, travel insurance are approved. • Develop travel itineraries and ensure all supporting documents are prepared. • Maintain an up-to-date record of travel bookings and itineraries. • Address and resolve travel-related questions and issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking software and Google Enterprise Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced university environment is a plus.

As a Field Support Representative (FSR) you will work closely with your Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support to develop strategies to maintain your Customer Accounts through education and other customer centric solutions. You would install and train the staff in the clinic on the best way to use IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems. You would also assist with critical customer need visits, providing onsite technical support when things are not going according to plan. No two days will ever be the same.
