Job Summary: A software developer working on internal application development. The developer will design, develop, test, and implement solutions created in Microsoft technologies. The developer’s main purpose would be to develop technologies to improve the business processes of the company and streamline the work of its employees. Responsibilities: - Meets with analyst and employees to outline system requirements; - Works with analyst to estimate projects and determine timelines; - Develops applications with budget/timeline in accordance with requirements using standard coding techniques/methodology; - Performs initial testing of the application to an acceptable level; - Implements applications in a thorough and efficient manner; - Maintains an expectable level of technical knowledge through the use of provided training opportunities - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience in programming/analysis, including designing and developing complex programs from detailed specifications; - BA Degree; - Expert in current programming technology such as VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, SQL 2008+, and all Microsoft operating systems; - Knowledge of Client-side scripting, Graphic Design, HTML, XML, and IIS are a plus; - Familiarity with Microsoft MSDN, Platform SDK, and TechNet documentation; - Strong computer skills including use of MS Office programs; - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
