Workday Techno-Functional Analyst
NTT Global Data Centers
• Serve as a Workday technical and functional expert, ensuring platform stability and adherence to best practices • Lead the configuration, design, and implementation of complex Workday initiatives to drive scalability, performance, and operational efficiency • Perform core administrative tasks, including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant setup, and support for HCM and Compensation modules • Design, build, test, and support integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, RaaS, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT, and Document Transformation (DT) • Establish comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and error‑handling frameworks to ensure integration reliability • Develop advanced reports using Report Writer, Calculated Fields, BIRT/Report Designer, and maintain dashboards and analytics • Manage Workday feature release cycles, including impact analysis, testing, and adoption planning • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve end‑to‑end employee lifecycle workflows • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant, and high‑quality Workday solutions • Ensure Workday security, data privacy, and compliance standards are upheld across all operations • Oversee test planning, execution, and defect tracking to support quality assurance • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, integrations, and user enablement materials • Mentor team members and lead knowledge‑sharing initiatives to elevate Workday expertise within HRIS
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday administration experience, with expertise in HCM and Compensation
- 5+ years of hands‑on Workday integration experience across HR and Payroll (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, REST/SOAP, XML/XSLT/DT)
- Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, BIRT, Dashboards, and Prism Analytics
- Advanced demonstrated experience in data analytics and reporting
- Advanced demonstrated experience in supporting talent analytics and digital HR projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology / Data and Analytics or related field
- Workday Administrator Accreditation is highly beneficial
- Relevant data / analytics certification(s) preferred
