Compliance Manager

SBC Performance

• Review ad creatives (texts and visuals) to ensure compliance with the policies of advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Google). • Conduct pre-moderation of client creatives, give actionable feedback, flag potential violations, and help mitigate risks of account bans. • Maintain records of policy violations and answer internal/external questions related to ad placement rules. • Participate in team syncs and collaborate with international colleagues (communication in English).

Job Requirements

  • Upper-intermediate to Advanced English (B2–C1) — both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while staying focused and thorough.
  • Analytical thinking, time management, and the ability to prioritize and follow through.
  • Interest in digital marketing and compliance — prior experience is a plus, but not required.
