The role can be fully home-based. A day in life: - Support developing Trade Compliance Import/Export strategy for studies. - Support ensuring studies are always in compliance with Trade Compliance, local regulations, company requirements and client needs. - Develop proficient communication and interaction with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate efforts, provide recommendations, and issue alerts to avoid obstacles during the import/export processes. - Develop Trade Compliance Import/Export strategy and serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for Trade Compliance and Import/Export matters for low complexity assigned studies. - Stay up to date with new processes and regulations concerning Trade Compliance and Import/Export. - Support process improvement initiatives. Keys to success: Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification - Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years). - Prior experience in clinical research, specifically in clinical supplies import/export, is preferred. In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Good understanding of import/export operations, local and global regulations and clinical trial supply operations - Good interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills - Good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite - Good focus on customers and attention to detail - Ability to work as team, as well as work independently with substantial mentorship - Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)

• Assist with vendor due diligence processes within Ncontracts • Organize and maintain vendor profiles and supporting documentation • Bring legacy vendor profiles (147+) up to current standards • Track completion status and maintain clean, structured records • Prepare standardized reports based on vendor data • Review Comergence reports for assigned loan officers • Organize findings and prepare reports for review • Ensure reports are ready for internal review by mid-week (Wednesday target) • Format and prepare communications for loan officers and marketing teams • Track and monitor offshore team activity and progress • Assist in coordinating communication across teams • Support implementation of standardized processes through documentation and reporting • Maintain trackers and task lists (Excel-based) • Provide daily updates and assist with prioritization planning

• Analyze business processes, policies, and scenarios to identify compliance and operational risks within the organization. • Maintain and update policies and procedures. • Support on corporate compliance projects such as ESG / Sustainability initiatives, BCorp certification, Enterprise Risk Management, audit trails, and corporate reporting. • Collaborate actively across different departments. • Manage the whistleblower channel and organize documentation for investigations. • Prepare corporate documentation, track KPIs, and participate in due diligence processes. • Lead internal audit and control monitoring efforts, coordinating with other departments. • Implement AI solutions and identify opportunities for operational efficiency. • Promote compliance awareness by conducting corporate compliance training and providing ethics guidance. • Build and maintain strong relationships within the Legal department and with cross-functional teams. • Perform other duties as assigned.

As the Senior Trade Compliance Import Specialist, you will: - Support the Operation’s activities in international trade and function as a subject matter expert in import regulations - Provide expertise to ensure Moog’s compliance with import laws and regulations - Maintain the culture of compliance and support the administration of the Company Compliance Program within the Group - Develop processes and work procedures to ensure compliant actions and mitigate risks. - Perform accurate HTSUS classifications - Validate country-of-origin, valuation, and duty calculations for imports - Support stakeholder inquiries to analyze tariff impacts and identify duty-savings opportunities - Manage and validate FTA supplier qualifications (USMCA, CAFTA, KORUS, etc.) - Conduct restricted-party screenings for import transactions - Maintain trade data in internal systems - Support internal and external audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions - Communicate across departments and coordinate with customs brokers on import entry activities - Maintain required documents for record keeping - Stay current on CBP regulatory changes, tariff updates, and evolving compliance expectations - Support domestic and international business travel, including regular travel to Moog’s Blacksburg, VA location.
