• Serve as the primary point of contact for safety and compliance with assigned service partners • Make sure service partner drivers remain compliant by conducting regular driver file audits and reviewing documentation • Verify new driver qualifications and make sure all required documentation is complete before onboarding • Conduct vehicle inspections and monitor compliance with safety standards • Visit service partners and school districts to provide on-site support and maintain strong working relationships • Meet regularly with service partners to review compliance expectations and address safety concerns • Collaborate with school districts to make sure transportation operations meet contractual and regulatory requirements • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation • Identify potential compliance issues and proactively work with partners to resolve them • Travel throughout Florida and occasionally out of state to support service partners and district operations
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with vehicle inspections and transportation safety practices preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workplace/Microsoft Office applications
