Enterprise Account Executive
Bloom Equity Partners
• Generate new business opportunities and pipeline growth • Identify and target enterprise-level clients within North America • Conduct thorough market research to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and the competitive landscape • Proactively engage prospects through various channels, including calling, networking events, email campaigns and social media • Understand and explore new markets/verticals • Work with marketing and management to design campaigns to exploit these new opportunities • Establish and foster strong relationships with prospects’ key stakeholders • Conduct consultative sales conversations to effectively communicate the value proposition of RightCrowd's software solutions • Develop a deep understanding of prospects business objectives, organizational structure, and decision-making processes • Collaborate with prospects to understand their specific requirements and tailor proposals to address their unique needs • Sales process management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of RightCrowd's solutions • Utilize CRM system and other sales tools to accurately track leads, opportunities, and sales activities • Structure multi-year agreements with clients to provide budget and price protection • Collaborate cross-functionally with to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with market demands • Achieve sales targets and metrics: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales performance • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth • Provide regular accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team
Job Requirements
- Several years working within the security technology industry
- Experience selling in either the physical or cybersecurity software market to enterprise clients
- Significant experience exceeding sales quotas and driving results
- A deep competitive spirit and hunger to win
