Job Description

Channel Sales Executive

Instacart

• Establish a disciplined sales cadence with channel partners to build and manage campaign pipelines, forecast revenue, drive growth, and unlock incremental product opportunities • Demonstrate deep expertise in the ad tech ecosystem, including programmatic buying, digital publisher platforms, and data-driven advertising solutions • Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with channel sales teams at assigned partner organizations • Collaborate closely with Instacart Sales teams, including Off-Platform and Brand Sales, to develop aligned commercial strategies and co-created proposals that benefit partners and advertisers • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales Management, Business Development, Partnerships, and Ads Product teams to communicate commercial opportunities, negotiate terms, and advance partner agreements • Lead and influence partner-related initiatives that expand the adoption of Instacart data and measurement solutions across the ecosystem • Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer and competitive insights to inform strategy, positioning, and partner engagement • Represent Instacart at industry conferences and events to deepen partnerships, support revenue growth, and expand market presence • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned channel partners, delivering compelling presentations to brand and agency clients • Advise on, shape, and help implement processes and policies that enable scalable and successful partner initiatives • Track, analyze, and report on revenue performance, pipeline health, and partner contribution. • Support product launches and drive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience across media, publisher, or platform environments
  • Proven experience driving the sale and activation of data and measurement solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve results against revenue and sales performance goals
  • Strong relationship builder with executive-level presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Possess a deep understanding of ad tech, programmatic buying and Agency Holding company ecosystems
  • Comfortable introducing, positioning, and selling innovative or emerging customer engagement solutions
  • Commercially minded and financially literate, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Working knowledge of the CPG industry and its advertising and measurement needs
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments; thrives amid ambiguity
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support partners and business objectives
