Role Description The Vice President, Global System Integrators role will be responsible for leading the strategy and developing the ecosystem of Global System Integrators. This leader is accountable for the development of the Okta strategy and GTM execution of said partnerships, including: - Strategy justification and alignment - Business cadence - Management of activity and performance against outcomes This leader will manage in a global to local model, focusing on the global program while running the business activity and identifying strategy, opportunities, and outcomes. A hallmark of success will be the leader's ability to work with: - Direct and Indirect theater leadership - Cross-functional organizations - Alignment of our Partners leadership and executive teams What you’ll be doing: - Lead a world-class team of GSI professionals, caring deeply about growing your team and helping them achieve their career ambitions. - Build & nurture meaningful relationships with partners and customers. - Manage GSI key growth levers: - Build key, strategic partnerships that drive meaningful revenue and influence with Enterprise customers. - Develop a global strategic approach and deep relationships with commitments to build Okta practices. Qualifications - Proven success leading and scaling a team for a hyper growth SaaS and/or security company. - A proven track record of orchestrating high-value GSI alliances that consistently exceed strategic growth and revenue targets. - Demonstrated success in evolving partner programs and leading market-entry initiatives across global markets. - Strength in executive communications, both written and verbal, with a track record of presenting strategy and performance metrics to C-level and Board audiences. - Deep relationships with Accenture, Deloitte, PWC is a requirement for consideration. Requirements - Ability to work with Direct and Indirect theater leadership. - Experience in cross-functional organizations. - Expertise in aligning with Partners leadership and executive teams.
