ITAD is a strategic growth pillar for Foxway. We are now looking for a VP of ITAD to build, lead and scale our ITAD business across Europe and beyond, and to shape how Foxway wins in this rapidly growing market. What you will do as a VP of ITAD As VP of ITAD, you will have full commercial ownership of Foxway’s ITAD business. You will consolidate existing ITAD capabilities into a single high‑performing commercial vertical, sharpen our go‑to‑market strategy, and accelerate growth through both indirect and direct channels. This is a highly visible leadership role, central to Foxway’s Recommerce C&E growth agenda — with responsibility spanning strategy, sales, operating model design and market expansion. - Build and lead Foxway’s ITAD commercial vertical across Europe, initially focused on indirect channels in the Nordics and UK, with expansion into DACH, France and potentially the US - Drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition, positioning Foxway as a trusted, scalable ITAD partner - Define and execute the ITAD go‑to‑market strategy in close collaboration with Product & Solutions, Marketing and Operations - Establish the long‑term ITAD sales operating model, including structure, governance and performance management - Consolidate and lead existing ITAD resources into one cohesive, high‑performing team - Partner closely with Operations, Service Delivery and Compliance to ensure secure, compliant and efficient end‑to‑end ITAD delivery - Represent ITAD at executive, board and key customer level, contributing to Foxway’s broader growth and M&A agenda Who are we looking for? Role Description The Vice President of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) leads the S&OP process for the North America Hand Tools (NAHT) business unit of Apex Tool Group. The focus of the role is to continually achieve synchronization across the Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain functions (~$0.8B in annual sales). Within this scope, management of overall inventory levels for the NAHT business (~$140M) is an area of particular importance. Come build your future with us!
