Job Description Summary As the Lead Project Specialist, you will act as a “change agent” driving sustainable process change in a cross functional environment, enabling measurable improvements in key operating metrics including but not limited to on time delivery, productivity, logistics spend, and inventory/cash position. Job Description Essential Responsibilities - Support global Order Fulfillment execution focused on process standardization and use of Order Fulfillment digital ecosystem. - Through assessment of current state processes, enable transformation through simplification, standardization, and digitization of processes enabled by digital applications like Oracle R12, eOM, myOrders, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS), Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA), Order Submission, Order Change, and Order Execution - Work with stakeholders to identify key operational needs using process and tools (e.g. gap analyses, business process flow charts, decision tables, requirements, etc) to aid in the development and refinement of new processes. - Employ project management skills related to overall project tracking, deliverables management, action item tracking, meeting minutes, team communications, and presentations. - As required, define process, and translate functional business needs to support Digital Technology “Definition of Ready” including clear requirements, business impacts, and acceptance criteria to be used as part of prioritization processes based on impacts/efforts. - Work with applicable teams to develop standard reporting and monitor adherence to digital fulfillment standards. - Partner closely with QA/RA and Product Controllership to highlight trends from governance findings. - Manage reporting and tracking of digital fulfillment success measures. - Execute process standardization for automated order fulfillment of digital products with software as a medical device and the EHL platform to support increased volume and growth. - Collaborate with key internal partners to design and document future state to eliminate fulfillment manual processes and enable automation in support of finance rules. - Develop use cases to adopt new products and standardized product settings. - Create and maintain project schedules, issues logs, meeting minutes, and project updates. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience working in logistics, order management, or supply chain management. - Established project management skills. Desired Characteristics - Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication. - Demonstrated ability to interface and influence at all levels in a global matrix organization. - Demonstrated knowledge of the Supply Chain process wing to wing with strong working experience in industry. - Ability to document, plan and execute programs.
