• Own product quality end-to-end, from requirements and test design to release validation and post-release monitoring • Design, implement, and scale manual and automated testing processes to ensure reliable, high-quality products • Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end tests to guarantee smooth and stable releases • Identify edge cases, uncover critical bugs, and ensure issues are clearly documented and resolved quickly • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve features and overall user experience • Contribute to building scalable test automation systems that increase speed and confidence in releases • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and workflows to raise the bar for quality • Proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and improvement areas with a strong product mindset
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience testing mobile applications, ideally mobile games or AI-powered products
- Strong understanding of test design: writing structured, scalable, and maintainable test cases and test plans
- Experience with manual testing and building automated test suites using modern tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and real-world production environments
- Solid understanding of regression, integration, and end-to-end testing practices
- Experience with bug tracking, root cause analysis, and ensuring high-quality releases
- Experience with tools like Firebase (Sentry, Crashlytics, Remote Config) or similar debugging and analytics tools
- Understanding of in-app purchase flows, subscriptions, and user-critical paths is a strong plus
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Maestro, Detox or similar) and CI/CD workflows
- Basic understanding of client-backend systems, APIs, and how to validate them (e.g., Postman, REST APIs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases in complex user flows
- Strong command of English at B2 level or higher, in both written and verbal communication

The Software Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for aiding design, development of platform features, common applications following the software development lifecycle and design controls.
