• You will work directly with the founding team on growth marketing, communications and acquisition, with real room to experiment and learn • Launch targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn outreach, automated sequences) • Monitor and A/B test sequences • Qualify and nurture leads using HubSpot, Intercom, or Customer.io • Track performance analytically and produce reports • Create content for LinkedIn aligned with our news, offers, and HR & Tech trends • Create, send and optimize newsletters (Customer.io or HubSpot) • Monitor performance KPIs: open rates, clicks, impressions, conversions, etc. • Take part in organizing Tech/HR events, online or in-person • Manage event logistics and pre/post-event communication • Animate and manage Facebook, Instagram and X channels • Publish and edit A/B-tested pages on Webflow
Job Requirements
- You are curious, analytical and independent
- You are proficient with or comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, Webflow and Customer.io
- You can establish a clear analytics logic (not just execute, but understand why and iterate)
- You have a good sense for content and an interest in design or branding
