• Own qualified pipeline targets and be accountable for Marketing’s contribution to revenue across AEM's markets • Design and lead integrated demand creation campaigns • Generate original campaign concepts • Build campaigns with synergistic marketing channels • Own tradeshow and event strategy • Build and run ABM programs for priority accounts • Manage a team of marketing managers and lead the SDR function • Own the marketing technology stack and build reporting for funnel visibility • Combine first principles thinking with applied AI to transform Marketing toward an AI-native operation
Job Requirements
- 10 or more years of B2B demand generation experience
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role owning pipeline targets and managing a team
- A track record of building creative, integrated demand programs that you originated
- Deep experience with account-based marketing
- Experience leading or closely partnering with an SDR function
- Hands-on familiarity with modern marketing automation and CRM platforms, including HubSpot or Salesforce
- Working knowledge of AI tools applied to demand generation
- Strong analytical instincts

You will manage execution for a core group of assigned accounts while supporting senior leadership on larger, more complex programs. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and global counterparts—particularly across the US and Europe—to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives.
