• Participate in user research activities — interviews, surveys, and usability testing — to gather insights that shape design decisions • Collaborate with senior designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs aligned to user needs • Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders through iterative design cycles • Build hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools, systems, and documentation practices • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analytics evaluation — translating findings into actionable design improvements • Own the end-to-end design process for specific projects, from research and ideation through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes

• Play a critical role in designing and maintaining our automated tests and testing infrastructure • Be the driving force behind integrating automated tests into our development workflow • Mentor the team in automation best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that tests can be written efficiently, run consistently, and reported accurately • Understand how to build software systems the “best way” and make trade-offs.

• Handle sales and technical support calls/chats • Provide customer and reseller training • Schedule phone calls and screen share sessions

• Develop the infrastructure and working technologies that power the platform • Work on the parts of an application that are invisible to the user but make everything work • Collaborate with team members to drive innovation through discovery • Prioritize memory safety and concurrency to ensure the creation of dependable and high-performing applications across various projects

• Build and maintain production-grade web applications using React and Next.js. • Develop and ship cross-platform mobile features using React Native. • Own features end-to-end — from API integration and data handling through component architecture and delivery. • Make informed decisions about state management, rendering strategies (SSR/SSG/ISR), and performance trade-offs. • Improve frontend performance through code splitting, bundle optimization, and render efficiency. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend engineers to translate requirements into clear, well-scoped technical plans. • Participate in design discussions and code reviews, contributing to shared patterns and best practices. • Mentor less experienced engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

• Perform testing on existing and new functionality, following established standards and processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met. • Generate new and update existing test cases to increase testing coverage, and maintain alignment with current behavior of the software. • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and correctly identify issues. • Report issues in a timely manner with clear and concise communication. • Drive continual improvement by developing and inspiring others with innovative ideas to maximize quality and efficiency of processes and workflows. • Promote a team-first culture by encouraging collaboration, celebrating shared successes, and staying aligned to meet commitments and goals. • Maintain proficiency with Renewed Vision’s core products, services, and integrations. • Lead with humility and integrity to elevate others and empower each person to continue to learn, grow and be their best.
