• Partner with sales, marketing, and product leaders to define and prioritize go-to-market (GTM) revenue operations business intelligence (BI) needs, including AI-enabled KPIs and performance metrics across the full funnel. • Analyze CRM and marketing automation data accuracy and integrity, partnering with sales and marketing teams to maintain and continually improve data quality, hygiene, and governance. • Formulate and institute revenue, sales, and marketing KPIs and dashboards, leveraging AI and predictive analytics, to monitor and improve pipeline health, funnel conversion, and overall go-to-market performance. • Analyze lead-to-revenue data by dimension (market segment, product line, territory, channel) to assess sales velocity, pipeline mix, marketing-sourced and -influenced contribution, and conversion rates, informing planning and improving forecast accuracy. • Build and maintain AI-powered sales forecast and deal-scoring models (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Clari, or comparable predictive tools) to support pipeline progression, sales velocity, and recurring subscription and renewal forecasting. • Analyze direct and indirect transactional and marketing attribution data to determine optimal channel mix and ROI across sales and marketing investments. • Study sales and marketing funnel trends by segment and solution set to inform territory planning, pipeline coverage, and seller/marketer capacity needs. • Evaluate, pilot, and help scale emerging AI tools, including generative AI for conversation intelligence, sales engagement, lead scoring, and marketing automation, to improve rep and marketer productivity. • Design and implement compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports that translate AI-generated insights into clear KPI narratives for sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders. • Analyze market, customer, and competitive trends, incorporating AI-assisted research tools where useful, to support evidence-based decisions and track market and account share on an ongoing basis. • Collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to understand workflows, troubleshoot process issues, and continually improve quote-to-order and lead-to-revenue processes. • Train sales and marketing teams on systems, AI tools, and processes to improve adoption, efficiency, and data quality. • Drill down on team, seller, and campaign performance using AI-driven analytics, enabling managers to proactively address performance and process gaps. • Consult with internal stakeholders to identify, analyze, refine, and document business processes and functional requirements for revenue operations systems and automation. • Gather requirements for sales operations projects, test and evaluate new and existing technologies, and work closely with internal stakeholders to manage and execute projects. • Contribute to the development of strategic, operating, quarterly and monthly sales plans and forecasts. • Be proficient in identifying problems and presenting scalable, AI-enabled solutions to resolve them.

• Manages the full accounts receivable cycle for an assigned business unit, including customer setup, invoice processing, and collections follow-up • Reviews customer invoices for accuracy and monitors revenue recognition and COGS timing against contract terms to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (ASC 606) • Processes and approves customer sales orders against executed contracts as needed • Applies customer payments and processes deposits to appropriate accounts • Performs bank account reconciliations within specified timeframes, resolving all outstanding items on a timely basis • Reconciles customer credit card payments to open AR, ensuring receipts are applied accurately and outstanding balances are cleared on a timely basis • Posts journal entries and reconciles general ledger accounts in support of the monthly close • Assists the Revenue Manager with month-end close processes and reporting • Supports general bookkeeping functions, including organization of financial documents, forms, and receipts • Assists with state business license renewals, sales tax filings, and census filings • Supports year-end audit process by preparing schedules, pulling documentation, and responding to auditor requests related to accounts receivable and revenue • Performs ad hoc data queries and special projects as needed

• Generate monthly qualified discovery meetings and demos for the sales team. • Quickly respond to and qualify inbound leads and inquiries. • Maintain regular and active engagement with new and existing leads through creative communications (phone, email, social media). • Meet or exceed the assigned quota of outbound activities and created meetings for the sales teams. • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop strategic outreach strategies. • Track progress on activity and report on outreach insights to management • Travel required: Minimal (on-site planning meetings or possible trade shows)

• Lead, mentor, and develop AP Clerks, managing workload distribution, performance standards, and professional growth • Manage the AP inbox, ensuring vendor and internal inquiries are responded to within 24 hours and routed appropriately • Establish clear expectations, accountability metrics, and standard operating procedures for the AP team • Evaluate current systems and implement AP automation tools to streamline invoice capture, coding, approval workflows, and payment execution • Drive adoption of AI-based solutions for invoice classification, duplicate detection, 3-way matching, and exception handling • Develop and monitor KPIs (cycle time, straight-through processing rate, error rate) to measure efficiency gains and identify bottlenecks • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the AP function, reducing manual touchpoints and increasing throughput • Manage all payment runs including ACH, wire, virtual card, and check, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and timely execution • Partner with Operations to allocate available funds to open AP bills based on company operational needs and cash position • Optimize payment terms strategy including early pay discounts and vendor financing opportunities • Enforce payment controls, segregation of duties, and fraud prevention protocols in coordination with Finance leadership • Manage COGS and OPEX coding accuracy across GL accounts and departments on the income statement • Review actual versus budget for COGS and expenses, initiating corrections as appropriate and escalating variances • Ensure all AP transactions and accruals are posted in accordance with the published close schedule • Maintain and distribute the vendor master list, including GL account and departmental coding • Support external audit processes by preparing AP-related schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation; serve as primary AP liaison to external auditors and respond to auditor inquiries in a timely manner • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on vendor issues and payment inquiries • Oversee vendor onboarding, W-9/1099 compliance, and vendor master data integrity • Manage company credit card program and expense reporting policy, ensuring compliance and timely reconciliation
