Agency : Ledger Bennett Job Description : Paid Media Manager (B2B) Location: New York, NY (or flexible, depending on need) Experience: 4–7 years About the Role Ledger Bennett, Havas Media’s specialist B2B agency, is seeking a Paid Media Manager to support cross‑channel media execution and performance across our global client portfolio. This role is highly hands‑on and focused on day‑to‑day activation, optimization, and pacing across multiple paid media channels. You will manage execution for a core group of assigned accounts while supporting senior leadership on larger, more complex programs. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and global counterparts—particularly across the US and Europe—to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, maintaining best practices, and ensuring spend and performance are tracked correctly. We’re looking for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment—someone who enjoys owning execution, collaborating cross‑functionally, and continuously improving how paid media is delivered. What You’ll Do Execute & Optimize Paid Media Campaigns - Manage cross‑channel activation across paid social, programmatic, and other B2B media platforms - Execute campaigns from setup through launch, optimization, and close‑out - Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance to ensure campaigns deliver against targets - Implement ongoing optimizations based on performance insights and data analysis Support Media Investment & Account Delivery - Own activation for a portfolio of assigned client accounts - Support senior team members on larger or global accounts as needed - Ensure campaign structures, budgets, and timelines align with approved media plans - Work closely with account and strategy teams to align activation with client objectives Maintain Operational Excellence - Follow established activation workflows, best practices, and governance standards - Ensure accuracy across campaign builds, reporting, billing inputs, and platform data - Maintain clean documentation in media management and reporting tools (e.g., MPHQ, Sync, Prisma as applicable) - Support month‑end and quarterly reconciliation processes Collaborate Across Global Teams - Work closely with media colleagues across the US and Europe to ensure consistency in execution - Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on performance, pacing, and campaign status - Participate in internal training, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives Contribute to Growth & Innovation - Stay up to date on platform updates, new ad formats, and B2B media innovations - Share learnings and recommendations with the broader media team - Support new business efforts through research, forecasts, and activation input when needed Platform & Channel Experience Working knowledge of several of the following is expected: - LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and other paid social platforms - Programmatic DSPs (e.g., StackAdapt) - Content syndication platforms - ABM platforms such as 6sense and ZoomInfo is a plus - Google Ads, Microsoft Ads knowledge is a plus - Understanding of campaign architecture, conversion tracking, and performance measurement frameworks Who You Are - A strong executor who takes ownership of campaigns and follows through on details - Organized and analytical, with a solid grasp of numbers, pacing, and performance metrics - Collaborative and communicative, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams - Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in improving processes and best practices - Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in paid media, digital activation, or performance marketing (B2B preferred) - Hands‑on experience managing campaigns across multiple paid channels - Experience managing multiple accounts or workstreams simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and comfort working with budgets and data - Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills Contract Type : Permanent Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
