Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re hiring a Technical SEO Specialist with a strong growth marketing mindset and UX awareness to optimize website performance, improve organic visibility, and enhance user journeys. This role goes beyond traditional SEO—you’ll be responsible for analyzing technical SEO metrics, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and improving on-site experiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Webflow, understands how websites are structured, and can collaborate effectively with developers—even if they are not actively coding. Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (site structure, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals) - Analyse and optimise user journeys and conversion funnels to improve engagement and lead generation - Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, bounce rate, conversions) - Identify and fix technical issues affecting SEO performance (redirects, broken links, site speed, metadata) - Work within Webflow to implement on-page SEO improvements and optimise page structure - Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance UX and site performance - Execute growth marketing experiments (A/B testing, landing page optimisation, content improvements) - Implement and optimise internal linking strategies and site architecture - Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years experience in Technical SEO or similar role
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4)
- Experience working with Webflow CMS (highly preferred)
- Solid knowledge of website structure, HTML/CSS fundamentals, and on-page SEO principles
- Experience analysing user behaviour, funnels, and conversion data
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Ability to collaborate with developers and communicate technical recommendations clearly
- Experience in growth marketing or performance-driven environments is a strong plus
