Role Description Le Directeur du CCAS pilote la mise en œuvre de la politique sociale locale en lien étroit avec la municipalité. Véritable chef d’orchestre de la solidarité communale, il/elle veille au bien-être des habitants, à l’inclusion sociale et à la coordination des services d’aide aux publics vulnérables. Le CCAS de Saint-Rémy-de-Provence compte une trentaine d’agents répartis en trois pôles complémentaires : - Pôle Seniors : maintien à domicile (SAD, portage de repas, téléassistance), animation et transport à la demande. - Pôle Social : accompagnement social, logement, accès aux droits. - Pôle Administration générale : ressources humaines, finances, archives. Missions principales - Décliner et mettre en œuvre la stratégie communale d’action sociale autour des thématiques de la solidarité, de la santé et de l’autonomie. - Assurer la gestion globale du CCAS : pilotage des services, qualité de l’accueil et de l’accompagnement des usagers. - Encadrer, animer et fédérer une équipe pluridisciplinaire. - Évaluer et adapter les services aux besoins sociaux du territoire. - Gérer le budget, la commande publique et les dossiers administratifs et comptables du CCAS. - Développer et animer les partenariats avec les acteurs institutionnels, médico-sociaux et associatifs. - Représenter le CCAS lors des instances locales et événements liés à l’action sociale. - Garantir la sécurité juridique et la conformité réglementaire des activités. - Participer aux réflexions et mise en œuvre d’actions dans le cadre de la coopération territoriale globale (CTG) sur les thématiques accès aux droits et au logement. Activités associées - Conseiller les élus et le Conseil d’Administration du CCAS. - Participer à l’Analyse des Besoins Sociaux (ABS) et à la construction du projet d’établissement. - Élaborer et suivre les tableaux de bord, bilans d’activité et plans d’action. - Piloter une démarche d’amélioration continue des services. - Organiser et animer les instances de gouvernance (CA, commissions). - Rechercher des financements externes et développer les projets innovants au service des habitants. Qualifications - Formation supérieure en travail social, administration publique ou gestion (Bac +3 à Bac +5). - Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de structures sociales ou de services à la population. - Connaissance solide du cadre réglementaire de l’action sociale et du fonctionnement des collectivités locales. - Sens du management, de la concertation et de la diplomatie. - Excellentes capacités d’analyse, rédactionnelles et relationnelles. - Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et de suivi budgétaire. The Office ensures the relevant planning, training, education and exercises occur, in alignment with deliverables in federal emergency response grants, and to assure effective responses to, and recovery from, disease outbreaks and pandemics, environmental spills and disasters, coordination of patient evacuation and movement during disasters and facility closures, disruptions to internal operations due to technology or facility failures, and other types of events and emergencies.
