Role Description The Regional Account Manager is responsible for growing territory revenue by building meaningful client relationships and delivering MTI America’s ancillary service solutions. This role plays a key part in supporting injured workers by connecting clients with high-quality transportation, language, and medical services. Key Responsibilities - Build and grow assigned territory sales by establishing and fostering strong relationships - Identify and capitalize on all new prospects, revenue opportunities, and leads - Support existing transportation, language, and medical service accounts, while increasing penetration in assigned areas - Analyze referral and revenue patterns for the region monthly and compare to prior year/month - Provide reports to the VP of sales outlining prospect pipeline progress, sales, and revenue - Develop strong sales strategies to achieve long and short-term sales goals - Maintain awareness of the Workers' Compensation industry and competitors service offerings - Attend and actively participate in industry trade shows and sales events - Support the development and roll-out of new services - Meet with clients and prospects to present MTI's product lines and services while maintaining an updated pipeline - Represent MTI America professionally in all interactions supporting our reputation of service Qualifications - 5–7 years of sales experience in ancillary services within the Workers’ Compensation industry - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation processes, services, and market dynamics - Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts within a territory - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills - Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Ability to travel locally up to 50–75%
