Marketing Manager Medical Devices / IVD – Northern Europe Location: Germany - homebased with up to 30% travel to meetings and events About the role Our Regulatory Services Marketing Team are looking for a Marketing Manager who will work closely with the Regional Marketing Managers for MD/IVD (Medical Devices and Invitro diagnostics), Regulatory Services (RS) Global Marketing Team, and the Northern Europe (NE) Commercial Team to create localised strategies and plans, which have a strategic focus on Germany. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Marketing Manager MD EMEA to formulate the NE MD/IVD local marketing strategy and plans. - Work closely with the NE commercial team to consolidate territory priorities. Address the specific and unique needs within each market but maintain a strategic focus on Germany. - Collaborate with industry associations, hubs, clusters and networks on plans which help reach target audiences and leverage RS thought leadership credentials. - Work closely with the wider Marketing community and EMEA team to gain insights on campaigns, identify benchmarks that will help optimise NE campaign performance and support annual planning. To be successful in the role, you will have: - 5 years’ experience planning and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns ideally from a Medical Device/ IVD regulatory or healthcare. - Fluent in German language and business level English. - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline. - Experienced in working in large global matrix organisation. - Knowledgeable in managing marketing budgets.
