We're looking for a sharp, hands-on professional who’s ready to support a growing sales org and make a big impact. Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern U.S. time zones. Those located within 45 miles of Boston, MA or Detroit, MI are required to follow a hybrid schedule, working in-office Tuesday through Thursday. What you’ll do: - Serve as a trusted resource to Sales and Sales Leadership, supporting the sales process and handling internal workflows and Salesforce inquiries. - Collaborate across departments (Finance, Legal, Product, Partners, Deal Desk, etc.) to drive smooth, timely deal cycles. - Proactively communicate updates and reduce operational noise so sellers can focus on selling. - Gather feedback from sales and partner teams to recommend process and system enhancements to Sales Ops leadership. - Organize trainings and regular meetings with AEs and Sales Managers to keep operations running smoothly. What will help you succeedMinimum requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or a related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Compensation and Rewards - The salary range for this role is $46,000 - $60,000. Role DescriptionAs a Sales Manager on the Growth team, you will play a critical role in leading Dropbox’s shift from a PLG-led motion to a hybrid PLG → SLG model. You will lead a team responsible for driving expansion across our install base, while also helping define how we sell newer products like Dash. This role requires a balance of leadership, execution, and problem-solving. You will be expected to drive results today while building the operating rigor and sales motion needed for tomorrow.
