• Be Luxor's face in China — travel constantly across major mining, hardware, and energy hubs to build and maintain relationships with OEMs, hardware brokers, hosting providers, large-scale miners, and supply chain partners • Own and manage a personal pipeline of Chinese counterparties with a defined revenue target per quarter • Own end-to-end closing: discovery, product demos, commercial discussions, and close. • Creatively drive forward Luxor's business across the full Platform while prioritizing the products with the strongest fit for the Chinese market • Attend every relevant industry event, conference, dinner, and factory visit in China. • Serve as a cultural and language bridge between Luxor's global team and Chinese counterparties • Feed market intelligence back to HQ: hardware market dynamics, new ASIC launches, regulatory shifts, competitive moves • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in HubSpot • Coordinate closely with US-based BD reps on deals that cross regions

• Build scalable and reliable data pipelines that provide accurate data feeds from internal and external systems. • Govern scalable & performant cloud-deployed production relational and non-relational databases. • Collaborate on architecture definitions, always thinking of solutions that are scalable and secure. • Drive data systems to be as near real-time as possible. • Design, document, automate and execute test plans to ensure the quality of the datasets. • Participate in the process of generating and analyzing features.

• You'll be the public face and technical voice of Tenki, shaping how developers understand and define AI-native software development. • This is not a traditional content role — we're looking for a developer who also happens to be a phenomenal communicator. • Someone who has shipped real production code, can hold their own in technical conversations, and can translate that experience into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with engineers. • Through your work, you'll help define how Tenki redefines the technical ecosystem.

• Manage and maintain datacenter firewalls. • Configure and support L2/L3 networking, including VLANs, LAG/LACP, port-channeling, MLAG (if applicable), and routing policies. • Operate and configure SONiC or similar network operating systems on ToR switches. • Build and maintain VXLAN/EVPN fabric for scalable multi-tenant networking. • Configure and troubleshoot BGP, including external peering and internal routing. • Monitor and maintain network health, performance, and reliability across environments. • Assist in designing and deploying new racks, switches, routing paths, and cross-connects. • Ensure networking setups are repeatable and well-documented. • Work with server, virtualization, and cloud teams to ensure network integration for platforms. • Maintain firewall rulesets, NAT policies, VPN tunnels, and security zoning. • Help implement network redundancy, failover planning, and capacity scaling. • Support troubleshooting efforts during network incidents and perform root cause analysis.

• Structure, draft, review, negotiate, and manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements • Use AI-powered first-pass review to triage incoming counterparty paper • Build and maintain a contract playbook codifying Luxor’s preferred positions • Manage vendor and counterparty relationships through the contracting process • Manage all corporate governance matters • Oversee equity transactions • Build and maintain an AI-queryable corporate knowledge base • Support financing and M&A activity • Design and implement AI-powered workflows for contract review • Monitor and advise on regulatory developments • Manage active and potential litigation matters

• Based in the United States or Canada. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in a sales operations, trade operations, logistics, or administrative role, preferably within a technology or hardware environment. • Familiarity with U.S. export regulations (EAR, ECCN classifications, OFAC screening) and international shipping documentation; formal compliance training or experience is a strong plus. • Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, or carriers, and working with shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, SED/EEI filings). • Comfort researching and documenting product specifications (weight, dimensions, configurations) for logistics and compliance purposes. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred); experience building reports, workflows, and dashboards. • Strong working knowledge of commercial document workflows — contracts, invoices, POs — and comfort coordinating with legal and finance stakeholders. • Familiarity with OEM/ODM/VAR partner portal processes and distributor registration programs is a strong plus. • Solid data skills: comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar). • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch the things others miss. • Strong written communication skills; able to draft clear, professional business correspondence. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment with minimal hand-holding. • Interest in or exposure to AI, HPC, data center, or enterprise hardware markets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for AI/HPC data center hardware solutions, including compute (GPU/CPU/TPU servers), high-performance storage, and networking, across enterprise, hyperscaler, and small to mid-market clients. • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across AI, HPC, cloud computing, and data center infrastructure markets. • Leverage and expand an existing network of relationships with OEMs, ODMs, VARs, distributors, and system integrators to accelerate deal flow and sourcing. • Advise customers on full AI/HPC data center configurations, with deep expertise in storage architectures (NVMe, all-flash arrays, parallel file systems, object storage) as they relate to GPU cluster workloads and model training pipelines. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including procurement teams, infrastructure architects, engineering leads, and C-suite decision-makers. • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing) to align sales strategies with hardware offerings and evolving customer requirements. • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies across AI compute, storage, and data center infrastructure. • Represent Luxor at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to grow market presence and sourcing relationships. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular pipeline and performance updates to leadership. • Deliver compelling technical presentations and solution demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• You'll design, build, and maintain backend services in Go for our globally distributed platform. • Collaborate on architecture definitions, always thinking of solutions that are scalable and secure. • Develop quality code, with emphasis on correctness of the implementation. • Collaborate in the evolutionary maintenance of the product. • Design, document, automate and execute test plans.
