• Support Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate data-driven business decisions • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that align with the company's strategic goals • Reporting and Metric Maintenance: Maintain and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics crucial for informed decision-making • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics • Digital Marketing Analysis: Execute in-depth analysis of conversion-oriented digital marketing initiatives • Identify areas for improvement and make data-backed recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness • Insights Communication: Effectively communicate insights and recommendations derived from data and observed trends to both business and management teams • Collaborate to develop strategies for driving sales and profitability growth across various products and markets • Data Visualization: Transform data and insights into compelling narratives using clear, insightful, and scalable visualizations • Create visually appealing dashboards and reports to convey complex information concisely • Monitoring and Metrics Management: Develop and maintain insights dashboards sourced from various data streams • Monitor and report on critical metrics essential for optimizing business operations • Data Integration and Exploration: Proactively identify new data sources and under-leveraged datasets for integration into analysis • Enhance the understanding of business dynamics by exploring comprehensive data sources • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as presentation materials, as required by stakeholders • Maintain clear and organized documentation of data analysis processes and findings
Job Requirements
- English fluency is a must.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in performance marketing, ad tech, or affiliate marketing
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Familiarity with AWS QuickSight is a must
- High level of competencies in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of programming (Python) and query language (SQL)
- Database knowledge of AWS RDS (MySQL) is a must
- Strong statistical knowledge (hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to turn business questions into data queries and insights
- Industry-specific KPIs (marketing and subscription businesses)
- Professional, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of ownership and mentorship
- Nice to have: Experience with CLV, predictive CLV, Tableau, etc.
- Knowledge of AWS Glue, Athena, S3, Lambda, AWS CLI
