Senior Data Analyst, Product Analytics

Omada Health

• Own the data architecture and data mapping strategy that powers our product reporting, ensuring teams can self-serve reliable insights. • Deliver key performance insights through regular and ad-hoc analyses that guide investment decisions and the evolution of Omada programs. • Lead product experimentation, including test design, sample size determination, A/B testing, and clear communication of results and trade-offs. • Design, build, and maintain intuitive Amplitude and Tableau dashboards (or similar BI tools) that become the source of truth for product teams. • Partner closely with data engineering and other data teams to improve data quality, standardize definitions, and scale reporting across the organization. • Define and refine operational processes, and support system enhancements that make analytics and reporting more efficient and impactful. • Collaborate across analytics, data science, engineering, clinical, and product teams to drive aligned, data-informed decisions. • Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches into product analytics use cases to level up how we generate insights and automate decision support.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of deep expertise in product or mobile analytics, including user behavior analysis, ideally 7+ years of experience
  • Expert SQL skills with strong experience in designing and developing new queries and reports
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement
  • Ability to analyze various data sets, and develop succinct key metrics
  • Strong relational database design/development skills
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Track record of working on multiple projects under aggressive deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Skills: Data Analysis and Visualization, Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, ETL, Databases, Data model and Excel.
