Work Arrangement: On-site Position Overview The Supervisor, Operations Services plays a key role in supporting the execution and ongoing management of one of UniGroup’s largest national accounts. This role blends team leadership, client relationship management, and hands-on operational support to ensure a high-quality service experience from move initiation through completion and billing. This individual will supervise a small team while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day operations, including move coordination, issue resolution, and communication across agents, clients, and internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex service situations while balancing the needs of clients, agents, and the business. What You’ll Do - Supervise and support a team responsible for move management services, including coordination, monitoring, and quality control - Serve as a primary point of contact for a key national account, maintaining strong client relationships and supporting service delivery - Oversee service execution for a high-volume account, approximately 2,000 moves annually, ensuring alignment with contractual expectations - Monitor service performance from initiation through completion and payment to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction - Partner with agents and internal teams to resolve service issues, including service interpretation, tariff application, and billing discrepancies - Interpret contractual requirements, tariffs, and service guidelines to ensure consistent and compliant execution - Communicate effectively with clients and partners, navigating complex or sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment - Support financial accuracy by ensuring proper application of program requirements and operational processes - Analyze service metrics and operational data to identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts - Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and enhance overall efficiency - Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing guidance to team members - Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and ongoing relationship management activities What You Bring: Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience in operations, account management, or a related field - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications - Experience in relocation, logistics, or transportation industries - Experience working with external clients or partners in a service-based environment - Familiarity with tariff structures, service agreements, or transportation operations What Makes You Successful - You can balance client expectations with operational realities and communicate effectively in challenging situations - You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including clients, agents, and internal teams - You bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail - You are both a leader and a doer, able to guide a team while staying close to the work Work Environment & Travel - Remote eligible, with preference for candidates located near St. Louis for occasional in-person collaboration - Limited travel, approximately one trip per year Benefits & Work Environment - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with company match - Generous paid time off, holidays, and personal leave - Life insurance, disability coverage, and employee assistance programs - Professional development and growth opportunities - Collaborative, team-oriented culture within a respected leader in the moving and logistics industry Why UniGroup?At UniGroup, we connect people, businesses, and communities through reliable and innovative transportation solutions.
