Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study. - 5+ years of experience in program management or project management in complex business environments. - 3+ years managing programs in Agile or scaled Agile environments. - 3+ years managing cross-functional programs in Jira. - Demonstrated strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). - Proven experience driving cross-functional, distributed teams. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Agile certifications are a plus. - Jira administration experience a plus. - Chinese Mandarin language skills (verbal and written) are a requirement.
