We’re looking for a React Front-End Developer to build scalable, high-performance web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions for a childcare management platform. - Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable front‑end applications using React. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business and user requirements into technical solutions. - Build reusable components and front‑end libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the application. - Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and cross‑browser compatibility. - Integrate front‑end components with RESTful APIs and backend services. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. - Work on features and enhancements related to childcare management systems, such as enrollment, attendance tracking, billing, parent communication, or compliance workflows.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of professional front‑end development experience, with hands‑on exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong, proven experience with React (non‑negotiable), including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Prior experience working with or developing childcare management systems, education platforms, or similar domain‑specific applications.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
