Role Description The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals, owning the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. - Serve as an Interim Product Manager: Guide clients from building MVPs to launching them, salvaging stalled initiatives, helping scale-ups meet quarterly KPIs, steering product pivots, or setting up new product departments or capabilities. - Tackle challenging problems: Make numerous product and business decisions that affect clients, overseeing the delivery and discovery processes of several initiatives simultaneously. - Partner with stakeholders: Handle people and high-pressure situations with prompt and honest responses, managing stakeholders who may push for harmful initiatives and aligning them on developing the right solutions. - Help Product Impact thrive: Propose and take ownership of initiatives that strengthen the team, enable quicker delivery of great results for clients, and optimize for long-term profitability and growth. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on a tech product, ideally in a start-up environment. - Focus on user experience and a strong understanding of business needs. - Experience leading a cross-functional team with agile methods. - Experience with web or mobile applications and front-end technologies. - Able to switch between analytical and creative thinking. • Define and execute the insights and dashboarding roadmap • Serve as the construction industry expert on the product team • Engage directly with general contractors and project teams to understand their data workflows • Translate construction workflows and data needs into detailed product requirements • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality analytics features • Work with internal and customer data to identify patterns • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to position analytics features • Develop product management skills and contribute deep construction domain knowledge

• Own the roadmap across core Hedera services (HTS, Smart Contracts/EVM, Consensus, SDKs, Mirror Nodes) • Partner directly with Engineering Managers and architects to co-author design docs and HIPs • Drive product development from concept → prototype → production → iteration • Operate in an open-source model: triage GitHub issues, engage contributors, and shape public roadmaps • Translate real-world developer feedback into product requirements and prioritized execution • Ensure production readiness across releases: backward compatibility, security coordination, and launch quality • Elevate developer experience through documentation, SDK improvements, and ecosystem engagement
