• Join Planera to build Manny, our AI scheduling assistant, and shape how construction schedulers work with AI on a modern Critical Path Method platform. • Own agent features end to end: designing and evolving the LangGraph/LangChain agent, engineering prompts and tools, integrating LLMs across providers, and holding response quality to a high bar with a real evaluation and observability stack. • Design, build, and own Manny features end to end across the agent backend, tools, and UI • Improve agent behavior, reliability, and answer quality through prompt engineering, tool design, and changes to the agent control flow • Evolve the agent architecture: ReAct loop, routing and controller logic, multi-node graphs, tool selection, and streaming responses • Integrate and tune LLMs across providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), balancing quality, latency, and cost, including prompt caching and model selection • Design and extend Manny's tool surface through the MCP server that connects the agent to Planera's scheduling services • Build and own the evaluation loop: golden datasets, automated evaluators, snapshot-based replay, and offline and online quality metrics • Implement observability for agent runs with tracing, metrics, and structured logging, and use it to debug and improve behavior in production • Ensure safe, sandboxed execution of model-generated code and safe handling of tool side effects and mutations • Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend to deliver AI features end to end

• Partner with Sales to support qualified opportunities from discovery through close. • Lead technical conversations and deliver workflow-driven product demos. • Help prospects connect their existing scheduling practices to Planera. • Run discovery to understand how customers build and manage schedules today. • Deliver tailored demos to project managers, superintendents, schedulers, and operations leaders. • Speak confidently to CPM concepts: logic, sequencing, constraints, calendars, lookaheads. • Lead follow-up technical conversations and deeper dives as needed throughout the sales cycle. • Communicate clearly across all levels of a construction organization.

• Provide coaching through 1:1s, ride-alongs, and deal reviews to develop a mixed-skillset team ranging from ramping reps to seasoned veterans. • Drive a relentless focus on pipeline creation across the entire Eastern region to ensure consistent growth and regional target achievement. • Partner directly with AEs on complex, strategic deals (ACVs of $50K to $500K+) to navigate multiple stakeholders and increase win rates. • Act as a key contributor to sales enablement and training muscle for the broader organization, filling a key role in our current structure. • Maintain a tight, repeatable inspection cadence and ensure rigorous CRM hygiene without being "methodology-bound". • Travel as needed to get onsite with customers and reps, demonstrating a hands-on leadership style rather than managing from a desk. • Build strong working relationships with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

• Define and execute the insights and dashboarding roadmap • Serve as the construction industry expert on the product team • Engage directly with general contractors and project teams to understand their data workflows • Translate construction workflows and data needs into detailed product requirements • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality analytics features • Work with internal and customer data to identify patterns • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to position analytics features • Develop product management skills and contribute deep construction domain knowledge

• Own the end-to-end design of Planera’s mobile app experiences, from discovery and concepting through detailed interaction design and launch. • Lead complex, ambiguous problem spaces by framing opportunities, running discovery, and turning fuzzy inputs into clear, actionable design direction. • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape mobile roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and execution. • Advocate for mobile users—especially field-based workflows—by grounding design decisions in user research, customer feedback, and usage insights. • Drive excellence in mobile interaction design, usability, accessibility, and performance-aware UX. • Contribute to product strategy by connecting mobile user needs with broader platform goals and business outcomes. • Influence and evolve the design system, ensuring mobile patterns, components, and motion are scalable, consistent, and high quality. • Facilitate design critiques, working sessions, and cross-functional reviews to align teams and raise the quality bar. • Mentor and support other designers through feedback, collaboration, and example—without formal people management responsibilities. • Continuously improve design processes to balance speed, quality, and clarity in a fast-moving environment.

• Design, implement, and own microservices in Go and Python with clear APIs and SLAs • Model domain data and implement performant data access patterns on MongoDB • Develop internal and public APIs that power our product and partner integrations • Implement observability across services: structured logging, tracing, metrics • Ensure security, reliability, and cost efficiency across deployments (AWS/GCP) • Collaborate with product and frontend to deliver features end-to-end • Partner with AI engineers to integrate LLM-based capabilities and analytics pipelines into backend services • Contribute to CI/CD, testing strategy, and deployment automation
