• Own the roadmap across core Hedera services (HTS, Smart Contracts/EVM, Consensus, SDKs, Mirror Nodes) • Partner directly with Engineering Managers and architects to co-author design docs and HIPs • Drive product development from concept → prototype → production → iteration • Operate in an open-source model: triage GitHub issues, engage contributors, and shape public roadmaps • Translate real-world developer feedback into product requirements and prioritized execution • Ensure production readiness across releases: backward compatibility, security coordination, and launch quality • Elevate developer experience through documentation, SDK improvements, and ecosystem engagement
Job Requirements
- Deep technical product thinking across distributed systems, APIs, or blockchain
- Ability to operate as a technical peer to senior engineers and architects
- Strong product judgment: prioritization, tradeoffs, and system-level decision making
- Bias toward action — comfortable prototyping, testing, and iterating quickly
- Ability to translate complex systems into clear product direction
- APIs, SDKs, and backend platform design

Job Description: **Must be located within the Dallas area and within a reasonable commute to the facility** Job Summary This position demonstrates advanced knowledge of entry writing. He/She classifies according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participates in government agencies clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations, and Customs regulations. Role Description The Senior Manager of Real-World Evidence (RWE) will lead or provide scientific, strategic, and tactical support on RWE studies and analyses using administrative claims data/EMR, reporting to the Head of RWE. The Senior Manager will function on an analytics team responsible for establishing rigorous assessments of administrative claims data/EMR to evaluate real-world outcomes for all Jazz products. The incumbent will provide leadership or support for projects under his/her direct responsibility and oversee the tactical planning and execution of RWE projects conducted by the RWE analytic team or external vendors. The candidate will also ensure the timeliness and delivery of scientifically valid research.
