• Define and execute the insights and dashboarding roadmap • Serve as the construction industry expert on the product team • Engage directly with general contractors and project teams to understand their data workflows • Translate construction workflows and data needs into detailed product requirements • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality analytics features • Work with internal and customer data to identify patterns • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to position analytics features • Develop product management skills and contribute deep construction domain knowledge
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Deep understanding of construction scheduling, Critical Path Method (CPM), and project planning methodologies
- Hands-on experience working with construction project data, creating reports, dashboards, or analytics
- Track record of improving workflows and implementing software tools
- Comfortable working with software tools and learning new systems quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Eagerness to learn product management best practices

Job Description: **Must be located within the Dallas area and within a reasonable commute to the facility** Job Summary This position demonstrates advanced knowledge of entry writing. He/She classifies according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participates in government agencies clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations, and Customs regulations.
