Role Description The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals, owning the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. - Serve as an Interim Product Manager: Guide clients from building MVPs to launching them, salvaging stalled initiatives, helping scale-ups meet quarterly KPIs, steering product pivots, or setting up new product departments or capabilities. - Tackle challenging problems: Make numerous product and business decisions that affect clients, overseeing the delivery and discovery processes of several initiatives simultaneously. - Partner with stakeholders: Handle people and high-pressure situations with prompt and honest responses, managing stakeholders who may push for harmful initiatives and aligning them on developing the right solutions. - Help Product Impact thrive: Propose and take ownership of initiatives that strengthen the team, enable quicker delivery of great results for clients, and optimize for long-term profitability and growth. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on a tech product, ideally in a start-up environment. - Focus on user experience and a strong understanding of business needs. - Experience leading a cross-functional team with agile methods. - Experience with web or mobile applications and front-end technologies. - Able to switch between analytical and creative thinking. Job Description: **Must be located within the Dallas area and within a reasonable commute to the facility** Job Summary This position demonstrates advanced knowledge of entry writing. He/She classifies according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participates in government agencies clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations, and Customs regulations. Responsibilities: - Prepares customs entries and forwards freight to designated locations including interface with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers. - Prepares customs entries and follows-up with the clearance process on all entries prepared. - Communicates documentation discrepancies to client and supervisor. - Coordinates freight delivery to designated locations. - Resolves finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues. - Scans entries into the imaging system meeting allotted and sensitive time requirements. - Prepares reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases. - Follows up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and foreign origins. - Establishes and maintains client relationships. - Requires some holiday work based on the needs of the operation and account requirements. - Candidate must be physically located within the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area - Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM Qualifications: - High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent - Minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Customs Broker - Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Customers Broker License - Preferred - Accurate and rapid data entry - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Proven and demonstrated Customer Service skills and experience - Preferred experience in Supply Chain industry Employee Type: Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
