• Manage client accounts in the Corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and Leisure segments • Proactively acquire new business clients and identify sales opportunities in lodging and events • Prepare and negotiate corporate contracts • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships • Conduct corporate and client visits as well as property/site tours • Analyze the property's position and continuously monitor market developments • Develop and implement efficient, creative sales and marketing strategies • Create action plans, analyses, and reports • Maintain brand-relevant RFP tools and sales systems
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in the hotel industry, ideally in sales/B2B
- Strong customer network and market knowledge
- Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level)
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills; confident professional demeanor
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within the sales territory
- Strong sense of hospitality
