• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across roles • Think ahead on hiring needs and create candidate networks • Continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategy • Manage high-volume recruiting without lowering standards • Run interviews, evaluate candidates, and move fast • Keep pipelines active, organized, and moving • Own ATS, workflows, and pipeline tracking • Analyze data daily and adjust quickly • Build structure where there is none • Maintain constant follow-up with candidates and stakeholders • Work closely with recruiting team and BDRs • Ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience
Job Requirements
- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting
- 3+ years managing high-volume pipelines
- 3+ years proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, outbound, job boards)
- 3+ years using an ATS to manage pipelines
- Experience using data to improve recruiting performance
- 3+ years working in English-speaking environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
- Proven track record of consistent follow-up and pipeline management
- You think in systems, pipelines, and long-term strategy
- You take ownership of results, not just tasks
- You move fast and adapt without needing direction
- You speak up, challenge ideas, and improve processes
- You are comfortable operating in high volume + constant change
