• Build scalable and production-ready frontend applications using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and modern component systems • Develop backend APIs and services using Python • Design and manage workflow orchestration using Temporal for long-running and multi-step processes • Collaborate closely with founders on product and technical decisions • Own features from UI to backend workflows and database implementation

• Develop and improve computer vision models • Build and maintain traditional ML models • Work with LLM APIs for structured outputs • Deploy, package, and serve ML models • Monitor model quality and performance metrics • Collaborate closely with engineering teams

• Support a one-time, short-term project focused on preparing and filing year-end accounts for two entities • Reconcile transactions from bank statements and Stripe for both entities • Prepare year-end financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) for a UK entity covering approximately six months of trading • Prepare equivalent financial statements for a Wyoming LLC • File accounts with Companies House (UK) and manage Wyoming state reporting requirements • Provide guidance on any applicable US federal filing obligations • Work with a low volume of transactions, including fewer than 30 B2B invoices and Stripe B2C data

• Manage a high-volume inbox and prioritize communications • Schedule meetings across time zones, aligned with UK office hours • Manage contracts and NDAs via Adobe Sign / DocuSign • Track document status and maintain organized filing systems • Support data room and document management • Send personalized outreach emails to potential clients and partners

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 2 UI/UX designers, reviewing their work to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with product goals. • Own the UX/UI design process for user-facing features, working closely with Product Managers through implementation and iteration. • Drive design excellence as we evolve our interface to accommodate growing feature sets and optimize experiences across all screen sizes and devices. • Collaborate closely with the VP of Product and Product Managers to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions. • Develop and maintain design systems that support consistency, accessibility (including WCAG compliance), and scalability across the platform. • Design for complex, data-heavy workflows while balancing speed, accuracy, and user confidence considerations. • Create handoff-ready designs with clear documentation of states, edge cases, and interactive behaviors. • Champion user-centered design practices across the organization and advocate for design excellence. • Support product-led growth initiatives by designing self-serve, freemium experiences that drive user engagement and conversion. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of designs. • Design AI-assisted features with consideration for system transparency, confidence communication, and handling of bulk actions and large datasets. • Help scale our design capacity and accelerate our release velocity while maintaining our high user satisfaction and retention rates.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline that ensures the company has access to qualified, committed volunteers who can effectively support our mission-driven projects and initiatives. • Serve as the central hub for connecting talent needs with qualified volunteers.

• Populate forms, document assembly, due diligence checklists, closing binders, and related transactional support. • Document management: create and manage secure client datarooms, oversee document exchanges, and handle signatures (Clio Drive for storage, SignWell for e-signatures). • Coordinate filings with Cogency Global or directly with DE SOS/CA SOS; prepare Form D and other securities filings as needed. • Client interaction: scheduling, handling inquiries, assisting with client relationships. • Non-billable setup: migrate existing client documents to Clio Drive/SharePoint, create templates, draft engagement letters.

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. • Collaborate with designers and back-end developers on app features. • Ensure app performance, security, and scalability. • Troubleshoot and debug applications.

• Review user-generated content including text posts, images, videos, and comments. • Identify and remove content that violates community guidelines (e.g., harassment, hate speech, misinformation, graphic content, spam). • Enforce platform policies consistently and fairly. • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior moderation or policy teams. • Interpret and apply content policies to real-world scenarios. • Document moderation decisions and maintain review accuracy. • Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and policy clarity. • Identify emerging harmful trends or coordinated abuse patterns. • Help detect fraudulent accounts, bots, or suspicious behavior. • Support user reports and appeals processes. • Meet accuracy, speed, and quality benchmarks.
