The "Semi-Fab" Subject Matter Expert Lead Architect would be responsible for the design, specification, and integration of the architectural design, cleanroom environments, and code-compliance strategy for the base build of a semiconductor fabrication facility. Candidates will have a deep knowledge of layout of semiconductor fab buildings, alternate compliance pathways for egress code exceptions, and familiarity with fab cleanroom design (architectural finishes, raised metal floors, ceiling grid, primary and general support areas, functional area requirements, etc), familiarity with industrial architecture, familiarity with hazardous occupancies, and experience coordinating mechanical systems.
