• Provide comprehensive Employee Relations leadership for the Enterprise, SSC, DC & Store Field leadership. • Develop and lead strategic, innovative and rigorous processes & tools to support positive leadership and employee relations programs. • Work collaboratively with the HRBP’s and Leaders in the DC’s and Stores Organizations. • Counsel and assist assigned HRMs and Operations Leaders on various employee relations matters. • Oversee and execute the long-term operations strategy, methodology, and management of labor relations. • Partnering with Field HR to respond to issues and create appropriate action plans to mitigate risk and provide support. • Conduct regular market analysis of employment trends and recommend programs and proactive HR interventions. • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence inclusive of Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition to maintain aligned messaging to the Associates. • Ensure Company policies support our labor strategy. • Assess through soliciting feedback from all levels of Associates and provide recommendations as needed. • Strategically partner with other business partners in the organization to develop programs and tools aimed at reducing and preventing Associate turnover and lack of engagement. • Ensure service standards are monitored and addressed consistently. • Be accountable for continuous improvement and service delivery excellence. • Stay up to date on trends and applications of Labor and Employment laws.
Job Requirements
- 7+ Years of Experience in progressive HR
- Prior Labor Relations experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Travel 50-75%
- Must be skilled with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Role Description HPE is hiring an experienced Director of Program Management to run high visibility, multi-discipline program deliveries for large-scale infrastructure solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams delivering complex hardware, software, and services to external customers under contract, and be the trusted interface between customers, engineering, supply chain, and operations. This position can be based anywhere in the United States. Primary Responsibilities - Partner with customer-side program directors, senior IT leaders, and business stakeholders responsible for integration and accountability for large-scale investments. - Own end-to-end delivery of high revenue programs (including datacenter builds, HPC/cloud deployments, complex software integrations, handover to sustaining support), ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and profitability. - Lead teams of program managers, project managers, and technical teams—you will set strategy, coach talent, measure performance, and prioritize investments in the face of uncertainty. - Translate between technical and business stakeholders; communicate clearly at all levels and drive alignment when expectations must be reinforced or reset. - Coordinate across teams responsible for construction/project management, software/service delivery, manufacturing, and supply chain to remove blockers and keep programs on track. - Be the primary point of accountability for customer commitments, contracts, and statements of work. - Provide ongoing communication to key stakeholders, develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders, supporting team members, and the broader business. - Lead from the front, digging into challenging issues alongside team members when needed, and delegate with intention to help ensure a scalable business and to build capability and leadership in your extended team.
