Job Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in internal communications and/or retail operations enablement roles
- At least 2 years’ experience working with large-scale remote teams
- Familiarity with project management tools, like Asana
- Experience with intranet platforms, like Axero (preferred but not required)
- Superior written communication skills
- Ability to effectively translate data and information into clear communications and reporting for both front-line employees and corporate audiences
- Ability to thrive when handling a variety of tasks and deadlines
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Proven success working asynchronously in a remote environment
