Job Summary: As a PPF Installer you would be responsible for the continued growth, quality, customer service and installation of our film. Core Duties - Install automotive film with a high level of quality - Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail - Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations - Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Basic Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent desired - 2 years’ experience in automotive film installation desired - Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles - Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity - Must listen and follow instructions well - Keen attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees - Required to stand/walk/sit for extended periods. - Required to use hands and fingers for extended periods. - Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents and reports on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints against the organization | Identifies solutions that address billing issues and presents appropriate resolution options to customers | Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accountsBusiness Support

• Handles incoming calls to departments centralized appointment scheduling lines • Communicates changes to physician master schedules with the department of Surgery • Updates scheduling protocol and manual as needed • Monitors ACD reports daily • Manages staffing, personnel issues, reporting and planning • Assists with front desk duties in clinical practice as needed

• Drive key communication and feedback programs that equip and enable our team of ~1800 Stylists • Manage and continuously optimize internal knowledge libraries and self-serve tools • Support and uphold documentation standards across internal platforms • Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and continuous improvement of key Styling programs and existing communications • Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose data-informed process improvements • Lead planning and coordination of cross-functional meetings and focus groups • Serve as the primary editorial gatekeeper for Styling communications • Analyze and share Stylist feedback, insights, and team needs with relevant partners
