Job Summary: As a PPF Installer you would be responsible for the continued growth, quality, customer service and installation of our film. Core Duties - Install automotive film with a high level of quality - Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail - Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations - Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality - Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Basic Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent desired - 2 years’ experience in automotive film installation desired - Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles - Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity - Must listen and follow instructions well - Keen attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees - Required to stand/walk/sit for extended periods. - Required to use hands and fingers for extended periods. - Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Your Impact: The Telecommunications Central Office Lead Installer - Level IV plays a crucial role in the installation, re-configuration, removal, and maintenance of Carrier Central Office equipment. This position requires leading a team and ensuring the completion of projects with precision. The role involves working with transmission, power, infrastructure, and fiber systems, requiring supervision of team members and their performance. Responsibilities: - Execute installation tasks according to Telco Standard TP76300 and supervise team members effectively. - Demonstrate expertise in installing AC/DC power systems, fiber systems, central office infrastructure, and alarm systems. - Lead installation projects with equipment from vendors such as Ciena, Fujitsu, Cisco, Nortel, Nokia, DELL, and Juniper. - Apply in-depth knowledge of fiber installation standards and procedures. - Read and follow Method of Procedures, order specifications, and installation documentation accurately. - Interface professionally with customers, vendors, and staff to complete projects. - Perform system testing, including turn-up and integration as necessary. - Supervise and guide lower-level Installers/Technicians in their duties. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and administrative tasks. - Conduct quality audits on ongoing and completed projects to meet industry and customer standards. - Generate MOPs, high-risk activity reports, work schedules, and project reports. Qualifications: - Minimum of eight (8) years of installation experience or equivalent training and experience. - High school diploma required; technical school or related experience in telecommunications installation preferred. - Proficient in laptop computer skills and applications, including MS Office. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment background checks; valid passport is a plus. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; expenses covered by the employer. Physical/Work Environment: - Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, climbing ladders, and crawling in confined spaces. - Compliance with OSHA standards is mandatory as safety is a top priority.
