AI System Readiness We are seeking an AI System Readiness Leader to lead the strategy and execution for deploying, operationalizing, and scaling AI-driven solutions across client environments. This role is responsible for ensuring that AI applications, data platforms, and supporting systems are fully validated, production-ready, and successfully adopted. This leader will work across engineering, data, QA, product, and client teams to drive readiness initiatives for solutions built on AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM. Key Responsibilities - Define and lead the AI system readiness strategy, ensuring solutions are prepared for successful deployment and adoption - Oversee end-to-end readiness activities, including: - Pre-production validation - Go-live planning and execution - Post-deployment stabilization - Establish frameworks for AI solution validation, including performance, accuracy, scalability, and business alignment - Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, QA, data, and product teams - Ensure readiness of data pipelines, reporting layers (Tableau, Power BI), and CRM integrations (DealCloud) - Lead risk management and mitigation strategies for AI deployments, including data quality, model performance, and operational risks - Develop and implement governance models for AI solutions, including monitoring, compliance, and auditability - Partner with client stakeholders to ensure business readiness, adoption, and value realization - Oversee development of runbooks, operational processes, and support transition plans - Define and track KPIs and success metrics related to system readiness and adoption - Build and lead a team responsible for readiness, rollout, and stabilization activities Requirements Required Qualifications - 12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles (e.g., program management, delivery, operations, or architecture) - Proven experience leading large-scale system implementations or digital transformations - Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) - Experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, QA, and business teams - Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, production readiness, and deployment processes - Experience working directly with clients or executive stakeholders - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Key Traits for Success - Executive-level leadership with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams - Strategic thinker who can also execute and operationalize complex initiatives - Strong client presence and ability to influence stakeholders - Highly organized with a focus on delivery, quality, and outcomes - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment

AI & Technology Trainer We are seeking an AI & Technology Trainer to deliver hands-on training and enablement for AI-driven applications, data platforms, and business tools. This role will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions built across AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, user-friendly training. Key Responsibilities - Deliver live training sessions (virtual and onsite) for clients and internal users on AI-driven tools and platforms - Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, presentations, and recorded sessions - Translate technical functionality into clear, business-friendly instruction - Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to stay current on new features and capabilities - Support client onboarding and adoption of new systems and workflows - Provide post-training support, answering user questions and reinforcing learning - Customize training content based on client use cases and business needs - Assist in building training programs and enablement strategies for AI solutions - Gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user adoption - Support rollout of tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM Requirements Required Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in technical training, software training, or client enablement roles - Experience delivering client-facing training sessions or workshops - Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts - Experience working with data tools or business applications (Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems, etc.) - Ability to manage multiple training sessions and stakeholders simultaneously - Comfortable presenting to groups and executives Key Traits for Success - Strong presenter with confidence in client-facing environments - Ability to bridge technical concepts and business users - Adaptable and able to tailor training to different audiences - Organized and able to manage multiple engagements - Passion for helping users successfully adopt new technology

Job Summary: The Senior Installer & Trainer ensures XPEL film window tinting and paint protection film installations meet the standards. They work to learn the newest product innovations, focused on educating and train the infield operations team on the regularly changing requirements. Core Duties - Maintains/monitors car counts at dealerships - Communicate schedule with store managers as needed - Assists Field Operations Manager on scheduling installers - Liaison between Field Operations Manager and installer- payroll/EOD/Warranties/ Pricing - Quality control and inspection of installation - Assist Field Operations Manager with Audits as needed - Cultivating and maintaining work relationships with upper management at the dealerships - Insuring installers are getting corrective or upskill training as required. - Inventory monitoring Basic Qualifications - Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills - Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Outgoing personality. - Professional appearance and attitude. • Shape AI engagement plans in key accounts, partnering with account teams and senior customer stakeholders. • Clarify customer AI goals and challenges and translate them into actionable roadmaps. • Help design or improve AI operating models and governance so proofs of value can become production solutions. • Align stakeholders across business, IT, data, and risk functions around AI priorities and decisions. • Represent Dell’s AI Factory strategy in executive discussions, together with Enterprise Architects and Sales leaders. • Lead or co-lead AI discovery, problem framing, and diagnosis with customer teams to uncover blockers to AI adoption and value realization. • Co-design AI operating models and governance (roles, decision rights, pilot-to-production processes) that support secure, compliant scaling of AI use cases. • Drive stakeholder alignment by mapping decision makers, facilitating workshops, and maintaining clear engagement cadences. • Partner with AI Architects and AI Data Specialists to define scope, success criteria, and readiness for AI proofs of value and production rollouts. • Define adoption and enablement approaches (change management, training, AI champions, communities of practice) that build long-term customer capability. • Coordinate FDE Unit engagement rhythms (checkpoints, steering sessions, risk reviews) with customer programs and Dell account leadership. • Provide feedback to Dell AI Factory offers and playbooks based on field experience and common customer patterns. • Mentor less experienced team members on AI governance, organizational change, and engagement best practices.
