This is a remote position. AI & Technology Trainer We are seeking an AI & Technology Trainer to deliver hands-on training and enablement for AI-driven applications, data platforms, and business tools. This role will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions built across AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, user-friendly training. Key Responsibilities - Deliver live training sessions (virtual and onsite) for clients and internal users on AI-driven tools and platforms - Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, presentations, and recorded sessions - Translate technical functionality into clear, business-friendly instruction - Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to stay current on new features and capabilities - Support client onboarding and adoption of new systems and workflows - Provide post-training support, answering user questions and reinforcing learning - Customize training content based on client use cases and business needs - Assist in building training programs and enablement strategies for AI solutions - Gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user adoption - Support rollout of tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM Requirements Required Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in technical training, software training, or client enablement roles - Experience delivering client-facing training sessions or workshops - Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts - Experience working with data tools or business applications (Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems, etc.) - Ability to manage multiple training sessions and stakeholders simultaneously - Comfortable presenting to groups and executives Key Traits for Success - Strong presenter with confidence in client-facing environments - Ability to bridge technical concepts and business users - Adaptable and able to tailor training to different audiences - Organized and able to manage multiple engagements - Passion for helping users successfully adopt new technology
