This is a remote position. AI System Readiness We are seeking an AI System Readiness Leader to lead the strategy and execution for deploying, operationalizing, and scaling AI-driven solutions across client environments. This role is responsible for ensuring that AI applications, data platforms, and supporting systems are fully validated, production-ready, and successfully adopted. This leader will work across engineering, data, QA, product, and client teams to drive readiness initiatives for solutions built on AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM. Key Responsibilities - Define and lead the AI system readiness strategy, ensuring solutions are prepared for successful deployment and adoption - Oversee end-to-end readiness activities, including: - Pre-production validation - Go-live planning and execution - Post-deployment stabilization - Establish frameworks for AI solution validation, including performance, accuracy, scalability, and business alignment - Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, QA, data, and product teams - Ensure readiness of data pipelines, reporting layers (Tableau, Power BI), and CRM integrations (DealCloud) - Lead risk management and mitigation strategies for AI deployments, including data quality, model performance, and operational risks - Develop and implement governance models for AI solutions, including monitoring, compliance, and auditability - Partner with client stakeholders to ensure business readiness, adoption, and value realization - Oversee development of runbooks, operational processes, and support transition plans - Define and track KPIs and success metrics related to system readiness and adoption - Build and lead a team responsible for readiness, rollout, and stabilization activities Requirements Required Qualifications - 12+ years of experience in technology leadership roles (e.g., program management, delivery, operations, or architecture) - Proven experience leading large-scale system implementations or digital transformations - Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) - Experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, QA, and business teams - Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, production readiness, and deployment processes - Experience working directly with clients or executive stakeholders - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Key Traits for Success - Executive-level leadership with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams - Strategic thinker who can also execute and operationalize complex initiatives - Strong client presence and ability to influence stakeholders - Highly organized with a focus on delivery, quality, and outcomes - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment
