See Yourself as a Closing Coordinator This position is responsible for ensuring assets close according to and in compliance with terms of purchase contract and meet client needs and expectations.See Your Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Reviewing reports to determine status of each asset. - Data entry as each step of closing process is complete. - Review data entry in each SOR for accuracy. - Obtain, review and execute deeds, HUDs and other closing documents as needed to complete closing. - Communicate with vendors, clients, lenders and various county and city offices. - Perform other duties as assigned or apparent. See the Job Specifications Your Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience: - Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED - Work Experience: 1 year of prior work-related experience Additional Qualifications: - REO/Foreclosure experience preferred. - Read and understand real estate contracts/purchase agreements. - Read and understand all closing/lender documents- including HUD 1 settlement statements and deeds. - Basic knowledge of title issues and problem resolution of these issues. - Strong communication skills a must. - Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word. - High ethical standards and personal qualities - Motivated, positive, team player - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills - Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business See Why You Should Work With Us - Competitive Compensation: anticipated base hourly rate from $18.00 to $25.00 based on skills and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. - Rest and Relaxation. In addition, based on your hire date, you will be eligible for 9 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays.
