Inside Sales Representative

Funderial

• Sell and upsell Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects and current clientele • Effectively manage outbound daily sales calls expectations • Consistently maintain a 35% or better closing rate • Execute the Inside Sales 7 Step Sales Approach • Follow up on all Proposed/Proposed/Open Orders and Sold/Proposed within 48 hours • Convert single purchase customers into Year Round Protection Plan • Execute Residential Campaigns for both new and existing customers • Meet call volume standards of 12-15 Calls per Hour, 4-5 Contacts per Hour and 1-2 Appointments scheduled per Hour

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-1 years of Sales experience and Call Center experience required
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record search
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or later, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Have knowledge of Google Suite, especially Google Drive and associated programs frequently used at Rentokil North America
