• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts and policies • Assist with legal research on a variety of topics, including corporate governance, intellectual property, contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance • Help with compliance tasks, including monitoring legal developments and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations • Participate in meetings, take notes, and contribute to discussions regarding ongoing legal projects • Support the legal team in managing corporate filings, records, and internal documentation • Assist with the creation and implementation of internal policies and procedures • Assist in the drafting of legal correspondence and reports • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, information security, HR, and operations, to support legal initiatives
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required
- Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program or equivalent legal degree program at an accredited law school strongly preferred
- Strong interest in corporate law, commercial law, compliance, intellectual property, or other relevant practice areas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
