Senior Project Manager, eDiscovery Services

Norton Rose Fulbright

• Work closely with disputes lawyers, clients and colleagues to implement and deliver high quality eDiscovery solutions from collection through review and production • Consult with lawyers and corporate IT professionals to develop identification, preservation, and collection protocols • Assist lawyers to develop effective data culling and filtering strategies through the use of search term calibration processes, data analytics, and TAR • Recommend strategies for eDiscovery projects, including design and implementation of review workflows, across various review platforms as appropriate • Support document review projects and generate and analyze daily productivity metrics • Monitor and remain apprised of case law developments in electronic discovery and emerging litigation technology • Collaborate with and assist in mentoring the team’s project analysts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery project management and technology experience
  • In lieu of bachelor’s degree, 9 years of relevant eDiscovery project management and technology experience
  • Extensive experience in executing continuous active learning and TAR strategies
  • Experience with Nuix and Relativity, preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to handle multiple projects with consistently high quality results
  • Willingness to provide after hours and weekend support as necessary
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to train, manage and delegate tasks to project analysts and project managers
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under rigorous deadlines in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in sensitive or stressful situations
  • Excellent analytical, problem identification and resolution skills
  • Proven and demonstrable dedication to work product quality and client service

Chemours is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our team. This position will be remote. Functioning at both a strategic and tactical level, the Capital Project Scheduler is accountable for the delivery and execution of the end-to-end integrated schedule development and management processes for all assigned projects throughout the lifecycle of the projects. Targeted support for capital projects encompasses some of the most strategic growth, sustainability or asset support projects in the company. While the Capital Project Scheduler will support and occasionally travel to multiple locations, this role is preferably intended to be based at any of our Chemours sites, to maximize your impact through close collaboration with project teams and ensure seamless execution of world-class capital projects. This role provides leadership and management of the schedule working with the Project Manager, project team, and business leadership. The “how” responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: - Collaborate within the project team and across key teams to develop, maintain and deliver the project schedule - Drive results with an owner’s mindset to challenge the status quo and ensure that each Chemours dollar is invested wisely as a key member of the project team - Be courageous and transparent with information in order to create a shared understanding of project timelines and associated risks or opportunities - Communicate effectively at multiple levels in the organization - Manage ambiguity with a can-do attitude for problem solving The “what” responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: - Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases, functions, and activities in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. - Provide expert guidance on schedule structure, level of detail, and coordination to support efficient project execution. - Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with project plans. - Establish and track key schedule performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor progress. - Evaluate schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and competitiveness throughout the project lifecycle. - Determine resource‑loading requirements, apply resource data to schedules, and highlight critical resource constraints. - Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, identifying deviations and recommending mitigation strategies. - Lead schedule review/status meetings and deliver timely schedule updates per the schedule management plan. - Develop and communicate clear schedule reports and insights that support decision‑making. - Partner with engineering, construction, and cost engineering teams to track progress, assess earned value, and support change‑management processes.
