As an Account Executive, Direct Sales you will be responsible for selling small business funding approvals to warm leads provided by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role you will: - Proactively prospect leads to independently generate and manage a pipeline of funding approvals. - Via email, text and phone, effectively communicate the benefits of our small business funding, tailoring the conversation to address each customer's unique needs and challenges. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and product knowledge, acting as a trusted advisor. - Negotiate and finalize funding agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of the small business financial environment. - Stay up-to-date on funding product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings within the small business financing industry. Preferred - Experience in a high-growth company setting. - Familiarity with the latest Sales training methodologies + technologies. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial services. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
