About the Role We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-oriented Solution Architect to drive the efficiency, quality, design, implementation, and scalability of our technical service delivery. Leveraging deep expertise in system architecture, technical integration, and customer-facing delivery, this role will analyze, design, and implement standardized best practices and processes across critical customer-facing journeys (e.g., technical onboarding, implementation, ongoing support). This is a high-impact technical leadership role focused on driving cross-functional architectural alignment. Key Responsibilities Process Design and Architectural Strategy - Map, redesign, and document high-impact technical workflows (e.g., technical onboarding, implementation) using best practices (e.g., ITIL, Lean, TOGAF). - Design future-state architectural models for optimized technical delivery and support. - Identify and implement innovative field solutions to solve customer problems and address unique customer requirements. - Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system integration diagrams, data flow maps, and technical specifications. - Introduce and tailor industry best practices to standardize templates, communication, and decision-making for technical services delivery. Governance, Tooling & Change Management - Define requirements and guide the configuration of tools to manage and scale technical service delivery. - Ensure all proposed solutions and associated technical documentation meet rigorous regulatory and security compliance standards, such as HIPAA and medical device requirements. - Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously audit and improve the efficiency of solution deployments. - Create clear process maps, policies, and training materials for technical teams - Drive adoption and governance of new standardized processes across Technical Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success. Technical Leadership and Expertise - Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on technical concepts, providing expert guidance to both internal teams and customers. - Act as the technical voice of the field, communicating complex technical challenges and customer feedback to Engineering, Product, and InfoSec teams to influence the product roadmap. - Mentor cross-functional teams on the application of best practices and emerging technology trends. Qualifications Required Experience and Skills - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. - Experience: 8+ years of experience in a technical customer-focused role, such as Solution Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting, within a SaaS or B2B technology environment. - Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in medical imaging technology (e.g. DICOM, PACS, HL7, EMR, etc.) coupled with a strong cloud background (preferably AWS). Experience in Health Technology, Medical Device, or similarly regulated industry. - Architectural Expertise: Proven ability to design, document, and implement complex, cross-functional technical architectures and integration strategies. - Process Expertise: Proven ability to map, document, redesign, implement, and measure the effectiveness of complex, cross-functional business processes. - Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated success in leading high-stakes technical projects and influencing senior stakeholders across departments. - Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex architectural concepts and technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
