We are seeking a Field Software Engineer to take ownership of the configuration, activation, and ongoing reliability of distributed edge systems deployed in the field. This role sits at the intersection of software, hardware, and networking, ensuring that newly installed systems come online quickly and operate reliably at scale. You will act as the remote operator and technical backbone for deployed systems—bringing nodes online, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring continuous performance across a global fleet.
